Our Mixologists spend the morning rummaging for local produce, herbs, and botanicals from the Farmer's Market for each Academy.

Come join us for our special Halloween weekend cocktail class.  You will be lead through the crafting of cocktails specifically selected with the spooky season in mind. This thrilling class will  get you in the spirit of Halloween.  Learn proper cocktail technique with a complete set of bar tools at your disposal. You will create 4 cocktails with guidance from one of our seasoned mixologists. Upon class completion, each guest has the opportunity to purchase our full service mixology tool kit to recreate cocktails at home. The cocktail menu with specs is provided for future reference.
